I've ordered from this cake shop multiple times now, and I can confidently say they’ve never disappointed! Every cake has been fresh, delicious, and beautifully made — but their brownies? Absolute perfection! They’re consistently superb, rich, fudgy, and just melt in your mouth. I genuinely look forward to them every time. A special shoutout to Srishty, who is always so accommodating and flexible with customizations. Whether it’s a unique design, a flavor tweak, or a last-minute request, she handles everything so patiently and makes sure the final product is exactly how you want it. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality, taste, and excellent customer service. It’s become my go-to for all celebrations! ~ Bhagyashree K
I recently had the pleasure of indulging in your delectable Christmas Cake, the berry mix, Nutella, and chocolate truffle varieties. The flavors were absolutely exquisite, and the freshness was undeniable. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional quality of the packaging. Unfortunately, I experienced a minor mishap and accidentally dropped the box. To my surprise, the cakes inside remained perfectly intact, a testament to the robust and well-designed packaging. This speaks volumes about the care and attention to detail that Chef Srushti puts into her products and customer experience. If you're in Borivali and craving some truly delightful Cakes & Chocolates, I highly recommend visiting Cocoalab by Srushti. You won't be disappointed! P.S. Chef Srushti herself is incredibly sweet and gentle. Kudos on the outstanding work! ~ Harsh P
I have always had an amazing experience buying from here! The baker is a very young girl passionately addressing all your queries. The shop has pastries and half KG cakes available while they even take orders for more. We also ordered homemade chocolates from her which were great quality. What clicked for me was the Hygiene!!! You can easily peek into the kitchen which is very well maintained hence reliable. All the products used are great brands making it safe for me and the kids! Will totally recommend this one ~ shreya s
